Refund and Return Policy

At NiceFairings, most custom painted motorcycle fairing kits are made to order based on the customer's motorcycle model, year, color choice, design idea, name, number, logo, or other custom details. Please review your order information carefully before production begins.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once custom production, painting, or design work has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation because the fairing kit is made specifically for your request.

Custom Painted Products

Custom painted fairings are made to order and are not standard ready-to-sell items. Because of this, custom painted products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue, wrong item, or major production error caused by us.

Please confirm your motorcycle brand, model, year, and design details carefully before production.

Finished Photos Before Shipping

Finished photos can be provided before dispatch whenever possible. This allows customers to review the completed fairing kit before shipping.

Color and Design Differences

Please note that small differences may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, photography, handmade painting, or production process. Minor color differences, small handmade variations, or reasonable differences from reference images are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer package
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping label
- A description of the issue

We will review the information and help with the next steps.

Installation

Professional installation is recommended. Some adjustment may be needed during installation. Damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or accident is not covered by our return or refund policy.

Return Approval

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns without approval may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed mistake or quality issue caused by us.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
